Sugar Free Mohitos

1 lime
Club soda (zero calories)
4-6 Mint sprigs
Optional: 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
Stevia or Swerve (Swerve is 100% natural, zero-calorie sweetener. It can be purchased at the Body Statement Gym)

Place 4 mint sprigs, 1/2 oz. lime juice (about 1/2 lime), Stevia into bottom of a tall glass. (use muddler if you have one). Leave a lime wedge in glass. Fill the glass 2/3 full with crushed ice. Add the rum and fill with club soda. Garnish with sprigs of mint.

TIFFANY'S STAY IN SHAPE DIET - 1 day

 

Breakfast: 1 full egg plus 5 egg whites. 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1 tbsp ground flax (multi-vitamin)

 

Snack: 4 BODY Statement Protein Muffins (Banana, Pumpkin, Blueberry or Apple) or 1/2 cup cottage cheese plus 1/2 cup fruit

 

Lunch: 6oz. lean ground turkey, chicken or tuna. 1 sweet potato plus 2 cups green vegetable or 12 medium size shrimp with 1 cup cooked pasta (brown rice or whole wheat pasta) with broccoli

 

Snack: Protein shake with added fiber and 1 tbsp ground flax and 1 low fat, low carb yogurt plus 1 apple with 1 tbsp peanut butter or 6 almonds

 

Dinner: 6oz. lean beef, chicken or fish plus 1/2 cup quinoa or brown rice, 2 cups vegetables or green salad.
